6. Free plan
The free plan provides access to a limited number of virtual classes.
ClassMirror may change the limitations of the free plan. Any significant change will be clearly displayed on the pricing page.
7. Premium subscription
ClassMirror Premium is offered at the price displayed on the pricing page, currently set at €5.90 per month for the planned launch environment.
The subscription automatically renews every month until it is cancelled by the user.
The price, currency, billing frequency and included features are displayed before payment confirmation.
8. Payment
Payments are processed by Paddle. ClassMirror does not directly store complete bank card numbers.
Users must provide valid payment information and have the necessary authorisation to use the selected payment method.
9. Subscription cancellation
Users can manage or cancel their subscriptions through the My Account page and the Paddle customer portal.
After cancellation, Premium access normally remains available until the end of the period already paid for, unless otherwise indicated during cancellation.
At the end of this period, the account automatically returns to the free plan.
10. Refunds
Refund requests must be sent to ClassMirror support and must include the account email address and useful information concerning the payment.
Requests are reviewed according to applicable law and the circumstances of the payment.
11. Service availability
ClassMirror attempts to keep the service available but does not guarantee permanent, uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Interruptions may be necessary for maintenance, updates, security or because of external services.

The ClassMirror name, interface, code, text, graphics and features are protected by applicable intellectual property rules.
