Getting started
Account, first class and the ClassMirror method.
How do I start with ClassMirror?
Create a free account, open New class, choose a topic and level, then teach Lina, Samir and Maya. You receive three free classes to discover the method.
Why learn by teaching?
Explaining in your own words immediately reveals what you understand and what remains unclear. The virtual students’ questions make you organise, clarify and deepen your knowledge.
What subjects can I study?
You can work on mathematics, science, programming, languages, history and many other fields. A precise topic usually produces better questions.
Virtual classroom
Create, answer and complete a session.
How should I choose a topic?
Choose a precise topic, such as ‘solving a quadratic equation’ rather than ‘mathematics’. Use the context field to state your goal, level or revision needs.
How should I answer the virtual students?
Answer as if teaching a real student: define ideas, explain the steps and give an example. A clear personal explanation is better than a copied sentence.
Can I leave and resume a class?
Active sessions appear on your dashboard and in your history. Use the resume link while the session is active. Complete the class to generate the final assessment.
Results and progress
Mirror Score, history and certificates.
What is the Mirror Score?
The Mirror Score summarises the quality of your explanations. It considers topic coverage, clarity, accuracy and depth. It is a progress indicator, not an official school grade.
Where can I find previous classes?
Open History from the menu. You can search sessions, filter results, rename a class, retry a topic and export data according to the features available on your account.
When is a certificate available?
A completion certificate may be offered when the class is finished and the score reaches the ClassMirror threshold. It remains accessible from the result or dashboard.
Account and security
Login, password and personal data.
I forgot my password
Use Forgot password on the login page, enter your email and open the link you receive. The link is temporary. Check the spam folder if the email is delayed.
How do I change my name or password?
Open My account, then Edit account. When changing the password, ClassMirror may request your current password to protect the account.
How do I delete my account?
Deletion is available in the account security area and is permanent. Before deleting, cancel or check Premium and export any data you wish to keep.
Troubleshooting
Quick solutions to common problems.
A page is not loading correctly
Refresh the page, check your connection, then try a private window or another recent browser. If it continues, send support the page address, time and a screenshot.
A class appears stuck
Wait a few seconds before submitting again to avoid duplicates. Return to the dashboard and choose Resume. Do not create several identical sessions while a response is processing.
I did not receive an email
Check the email address, spam folder and Promotions or Notifications tabs. Add ClassMirror to your contacts, then retry after a few minutes. Contact support if nothing arrives.
