Über ClassMirror

Entwickelt rund um eine Frage: Woher wissen wir, dass wir wirklich verstanden haben?

ClassMirror entstand aus einer einfachen Beobachtung im Unterricht: Wiedererkennen bedeutet noch nicht verstehen.

01
Der Ausgangspunkt

Understanding becomes visible when knowledge has to be organised.

A learner may feel familiar with a chapter after reading it several times. But explaining the same idea without the page forces another kind of work: selecting what matters, linking concepts, choosing examples and responding to objections.

ClassMirror turns that moment into a digital learning experience. The objective is not to replace study, teachers or academic resources, but to create a demanding moment of active recall after them.

The product begins where passive recognition stops.
Gestaltungsprinzipien

Pädagogik zuerst, Oberfläche danach.

The platform is developed around a small number of principles that guide features, questions and feedback.

01

Useful before impressive

A tool appears only when it helps the learner perform the task. More interface is not automatically more learning.

02

Questions must reveal reasoning

The best question is not the most difficult one; it is the one that makes the learner's reasoning observable.

03

Feedback must lead somewhere

An evaluation should point to a strength, a gap or a next action — not stop at a decorative score.

04

Different subjects need different supports

Mathematics, science, history and languages do not require the same documents or response tools.

Was ClassMirror nicht sein möchte

Eine Lernumgebung, keine Antwortmaschine.

×

Not a shortcut around thinking

The learner is expected to explain, justify and reformulate rather than simply request the final answer.

×

Not a replacement for the teacher

ClassMirror is designed to complement teaching, coursework and reliable academic resources.

×

Not a catalogue of AI features

Artificial intelligence is useful only when it serves a clear educational purpose.

Verantwortungsvolle Bildungs-KI

Useful AI should remain understandable, bounded and respectful.

ClassMirror is built with a practical view of educational AI: it can question, structure and evaluate, but it does not become the source of truth for every situation.

T

Transparenz

The role of AI, the meaning of feedback and the limits of automated evaluation should remain clear.

D

Datensparsamkeit

Learners should avoid entering confidential, medical or unnecessarily personal information.

H

Menschliche Ergänzung

Teachers, families, learners and academic resources remain part of the learning process.

Gründer

From mathematics teaching to educational technology.

Yassine Douich created ClassMirror from years of teaching mathematics and research in artificial intelligence and scientific computing.

The project combines three perspectives: the classroom, where misunderstandings become visible; mathematics, where explanation and reasoning matter; and computer science, where software can turn those observations into scalable learning tools.

UnterrichtMathematics teacher since 2008
ForschungArtificial intelligence & scientific computing
EntwicklungIndependent project built in Morocco
Technology is valuable when it makes the learner's thinking easier to observe and improve.
Langfristige Vision

A multilingual learning product that respects the structure of each subject.

The ambition is not to make one generic AI screen for every learner. ClassMirror aims to become a coherent learning environment where language, level, subject and educational context meaningfully change the experience.

  1. 01

International from the interface: French, English, Spanish and Arabic.

  2. 02

Pedagogically adaptive: tools and documents depend on the task.

  3. 03

Progressive development: improve what matters before adding what looks impressive.
